Payment for courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless an installment plan has been arranged. All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of enrollment. No refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed or after the course has begun, whichever comes first.
5. Course Attendance and Conduct
5.1 Attendance
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions will not be refunded and may not be rescheduled.
5.2 Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, videos, documents, and exercises, are the intellectual property of DesignMasters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
6.2 Student Work
You retain ownership of work you create during the course. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your work for promotional and educational purposes.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
